How did you hear about us?

If a tooth cannot be restored and needs to be removed, our dentist can help you with getting the tooth out. If you have a broken or tooth that is giving pain and can’t be saved, we will diagnose a dental extraction. At the time of the extraction, the area will be numbed up good to make you as comfortable as possible. The dentist and the dental assistant will work together to remove the tooth. With most dental extractions, we advise to have bone and a membrane placed to help the area heal without losing structure. We also advise anyone losing a tooth to replace the tooth with one of the following: a dental implant, a dental bridge, or a removeable appliance such as a denture or partial.

After your extraction, please be sure to follow all post operation instructions.

    Most common post op instructions:

    1. Take all medications as recommended by the dentist
    2. No spitting, sucking from a straw or smoking for 48-72 hours after extraction
    3. Avoid foods with seeds as they can get stuck in the extraction site
    4. If there is active bleeding, please call the office

Dental extractions can sound traumatic, but the dental experience doesn’t have to be. Let our team take care of you.
